The Company Coaching Cafe follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services'
analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Via the pop up – sign up form on our website, you are invited to voluntarily to enter in your email address, first and last name and company for the purpose of opting into regular emails on news, inspiring articles and potential offers. This information is held in our Mailchimp account.
Appointment Information
When a client agrees to using the Company Coaching Café service, it agrees to using our third party tools for delivering an effective coaching café for its employees. The applications we use are Calendly, for scheduling an online ‘shot’ of coaching and Zoom for delivering the online session.
When scheduling a ‘shot’ of coaching, a coachee, employee of the client with whom The Company Coaching Café has a contractual agreement for delivering its service, is asked to enter information which is required for the session. This includes first name, email address and short information about the coaching situation and goal for the session. This information is collected within Calendly and shared exclusively with the designated coach and Coaching Café employees when necessary.
How We Use This Information
We may use information that we collect about you, including personal information, to:
Provide the Company Coaching Café Service.
- We will use your information to provide our services to you; to facilitate scheduling; to manage your account; to respond to your inquiries; and for other customer service and support purposes.
- Understand and improve our products. We will perform research and analysis about your use of, or interest in, our products, services, or content, or products, services or content offered by others. We do this to help make our products better and to develop new products.
- Communicate with you.
- Service related communications. We may send you service and administrative emails to ensure the service is working properly. We will also email you regarding your calendar appointments. These messages are considered part of the service and you may not opt out of these messages.
- Promotional. Subject to your opt-out preference, we may send you emails about new service features or other news about The Company Coaching Café or on topics we think would be relevant to you. For coachees who use The Company Coaching Café service as agreed by their employers, we do not use the email addresses for direct marketing purposes.

International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics
When delivering our coaching service, all coaches, contracted by The Company Coaching Café, are trained in and agree to practice the ICF Core Competencies and pledge accountability to the ICF Code of Ethics. As stated in the ICF Code of Ethics, Number 24 & Number 26 respectively, Section 4, Confidentiality and Privacy Standards:
- The coach will maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all client and sponsor information unless release is required by law.
- We have a clear agreement about the conditions under which confidentiality may not be
maintained (e.g., illegal activity, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena; imminent or
likely risk of danger to self or to others; etc). We make sure both client and coach voluntarily
and knowingly agree in writing to that limit of confidentiality. Where the coach or Coaching
Café leadership reasonably believe that one of the above circumstances is applicable, we may need to inform appropriate authorities.
