When a client agrees to using the Company Coaching Café service, it agrees to using our third party tools for delivering an effective coaching café for its employees. The applications we use are Calendly, for scheduling an online ‘shot’ of coaching and Zoom for delivering the online session.
When scheduling a ‘shot’ of coaching, a coachee, employee of the client with whom The Company Coaching Café has a contractual agreement for delivering its service, is asked to enter information which is required for the session. This includes first name, email address and short information about the coaching situation and goal for the session. This information is collected within Calendly and shared exclusively with the designated coach and Coaching Café employees when necessary.
